The building complex has 59 comfort bedrooms and 6 spacious Junior suites with garret in the recently built buildings. The new “intelligent” rooms, thanks to sophisticated system for supervising entrances and temperatures, have almost all ample terraces with view of the surrounding valleys and the aged-old park.  With its heated swimming pool, which catches the sun rays from a glass pyramid set on the ceiling and from ample windows which have a relaxing view of the Tuscan hills, its hydro-massage, its very capacious sauna and its six rooms for aromatic therapies, hay baths, massages and body aesthetic in general, it has the aim to make its guests' stay more relaxing, regenerating and unforgettable. All rooms are equipped by: bathroom with shower, in Junior Suites with bath, direct telephone line, safe, fridge-bar, hairdryer, satellite LCD TV (with the main world channels), heating and air conditioning. The new rooms have also a private furnished balcony or terrace.
