Villa Felicita

Villa Serena is the essence of the luxurious villa lifestyle along the Amalfi Coast. Within the last five years, the villa updated its look with modifications creating a mixture of modern and traditional complete with elegant furnishings of exceptional quality. The highlights of the villa include the floors and bathrooms that have been tiled using hand-painted ceramics from the nearby town of Vietri sul Mare, known internationally for its gorgeous high-quality ceramics since the medieval period. Even the decorative pieces found above the head of each bed, each one different from the next, were created by hand over a two year period by an artist from Vietri. In the dining room on the lower level, a wall of floor to ceiling windows reveals the turquoise waters and the dramatic surrounding landscape of the bay. This same view is share by the large exterior terrace where you find the swimming pool and relaxing outdoor furniture with tables to enjoy an aperitif at sunset before dinner. Guests lucky enough to enjoy the accommodations of the master suite will also enjoy a floor to ceiling view of the peaceful and colorful bay from their bed as they awake from a restful slumber and before enjoying a breath of fresh air as they walk out onto their large private terrace. LOWER LEVEL
There is a large sitting room with fireplace and terrace, dining room that seats 14, fully equipped modern kitchen, and laundry room. On the lower level, you will find one double bedroom with en-suite bathroom with shower and a second double bedroom with separate bathroom with shower. Kitchen equipped with dishwasher, oven, microwave, coffeemaker, toaster, large refrigerator, and electric kettle.

ENTRANCE LEVEL
There is a large living room with bar, office area with PC and printer (internet access available), as well as a stereo/CD player that is connected to a surround sound system that can be controlled in each room (on/off and volume adjustments.) Large picture windows expose views of the sea and provide direct access to the large terrace equipped with comfortable outdoor furnishings for sunbathing and enjoying dinner outside as well as the swimming pool. You will also find a sheltered area with two exterior shower heads running hot and cold water for rinsing before and after your swim. On this level, you will find one double bedroom with en-suite bathroom with hydro massage tub/shower and a second double bedroom with separate bathroom with shower.

UPPER LEVEL
A spiral staircase leads from the first floor to the second floor. The master suite features large picture windows that open up to a large open terrace with views of the sea as well as a large bathroom with a circular Jacuzzi tub. On this level, you will also find one double bedroom with en-suite bathroom with hydro massage tub/shower and a second double bedroom with separate bathroom with shower.
