All of our events, whether large or small, are personally managed by a Color Viaggi’s event manager from primary contact, programme design and initial site inspections to on-site management, You will have one team leader and decision maker to ensure correct and effective communication and understanding of Your event from start to finish.

We have very strict standards which all of these service providers must adhere to, bearing in mind the high expectations of our clients – we do not work with anyone who can not reach these standards.
EFFICIENCY AND TIMESAVING We understand that there are not enough hours in Your day… We simply ask You to contact us by e-mail outlining the profile of the event You wish to organize. Within 24 hours we will contact You to discuss a suitable proposal with several options to choose from. Besides the pre-event process, during Your event, the time spent liasing with Your clients or colleagues should be maximised. Color Viaggi will ensure that all of Your time can be dedicated to this purpose and not on last minute changes and arrangements. As there is always at least one Color Viaggi responsable on-site throughout Your event, fast and effective communication and immediate decision making are guaranteed.
